DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective piece, it can be exchanged for a new item. However, we must receive an email in regards to the defect within 30 days of original ship date.

We are happy to offer an exchange in the form of store credit, minus the shipping charges, for all returned items received back by us within 30 days from original ship date to you. Items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition. Please include the original invoice.
